I watched the video and got the pdf but it only will print the bottom half of the coupon do you know why?

If you are already a member, just try by watching one of the videos and then after you answer the questions, it will tell you if you got a coupon via email. The videos are only 2 or 3 minutes each. Not a huge hassle.
