This is my favorite thing to make with so much cream cheese! And it is worth every penny of free!!

THE RICHEST CHEESCAKE EVER
	Preheat oven to 175 degrees
9X13 Crust:
	9 graham crackers (1 package), crushed
	5 Tablespoons butter, melted
	½ teaspoon cinnamon
Filling:
	5 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
	2 cups sugar
	2 Tablespoons vanilla
	3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Combine crust ingredients and press into 9X13 pan. Mix filling together and pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour in 175 degree oven. Then turn oven off, open door (ajar) for 45 minutes more. For best results in thickness, refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Top with fruit of choice.
